(avg rating of 13 recs) Write a recommendationMy name is Sylvia, i am Kurt's customer for more than 10 years now, I read the last few ugly comments they are so out of place as if a teenager was writting them. This is called Fox 11 La Hit list, started in 2007 (as advertised on good day la) we've supported our local businesses for all their hard and great works serving our needs and as Thanks we all gave our reasons to nominate them. I am not alone on this one when i ask you both 'liesalllies' & 'ididjustthat' to come into the store and see, before you easily make such harsh judgements, do you even live in the area? i strongly doubt you have been in the store, and experienced any of all the great things this family owned business have done for me. You dont have to believe me and take my words, but you must give respects to a small shop that continued staying in business with the work made in the States, not giving in to Outsourcing in this economy. Michael has always made everything very affordable, he kept his prices low, he is honest, trustworthy and he has compassion, I can go for hours telling you what you don't know about, a great reputable jeweler who will continue to succeed with much grateful long time clients who will stand by his work.
It was like all my dreams had come together when I Mike asked us to sit down to show us something - the nicest diamonds you have ever seen!! We were only visiting and didn't have long and Mike made me the engagement ring of my dreams. Both myself and my partner are over the moon and having my ring made (the nicest ring you have ever seen!!) for me made the whole experience even more special. I would highly recommend a visit to Jewels by Kurt, and will definitely be returning on my next visit. The whole experience is very personal. Thanks Mike, you've really made our engagement even more special than I could have ever imagined!!
wow! this shop should win the contest. my husband just brought home the most gorgeous pearls! i came in to the store to see more pearls and purchased even more beautiful jewels, they have it all, i am coming back to finish my christmas shopping here. thanks michael!!

Since 1963 Jewels by Kurt has been serving the Southern California, with designing, Manufacturing, and also Jewelry Repairs which is an extremely tough service to find these days. Jewels by Kurt is a family and owned operated business, highly trained technicians and sales people available Monday through Saturday, a great location steps away from the Santa Monica Promenade.
