They are super friendly and willing to spend a lot of time listening to you and observing your stride or just chit-chatting. They support many of the local running clubs by extending information clinics and discounts to the members with no strings attached.

As a runner and triathlete for 25 years, I know the surefire method of avoiding unnecessary injuries is to buy your shoes (and clothing) from experts in the field. This is the place to come to - not only will these guys fit you up with a pair of shoes appropriate to your running style and needs, they are very nice people and will be happy to answer all your running questions while they treat you like royalty.
..And if you ask nicely, they will take you on one of their Thursday night fun runs through Griffith Park..later to return you in front of the store, one sweaty and happy runner..
