I am a long time customer and enjoy shopping at Annette & Friends. They are always pleasant and polite and they go the extra mile to find special items if they are not in stock or available,. The Dollhouse miniatures are like nothing I have ever seen before.

I have bought several times from Annette. I live in Spain and sometimes I find a bit difficult to speak fluently in English, Annette has been always so very nice and helpful and all I have bought has always pleased me and the items were sent quickly and very well packed, so I really wish her shop will be the winner this time.

I have shopped on line at Annette and Friends;and,I must say, they are wonderful to deal with. They take time to talk with you and double check to make sure what you are ordering is in stock. They are just lovely to talk with. I hope to be shopping with them for many many years to come. Their dolls are the best!

I have know Annette for years we opened our collectible stores at the same time, she is the most reputable dealer that is out there, I have watched her for years and she has the same ethics as myself, she is honest, reliable, fair and not only does she have a great sense of humor but she has more integrity than people in the collectible business, she carries awsome merchandise and if she doesnt have it she will get it for you....dealing with her is a win win situation...... you can always know She & Gary will take great care and respect when shopping with them...... I have moved out of state since then but we keep in touch she is truly a great friend and an asset to the Doll & Bear collectors market

Probably the most unique doll and miniature shop in Southern California. The atmosphere is warm and home like and I always feel like I am welcomed. I have been shopping here for years and always find the most wonderful dolls and accessories for my own collection as well as for my children and grandchildren. Not only do they carry beautiful collectible dolls, artist bears and plush and miniatures, but wonderful high quality items at very reasonable prices. Don't miss this store if you are in the OC area. A True Treasure!!
