Coffeehouse owners, we are dedicated to the regeneration and beautification of our community. Our vision and goal is for Antigua to become the cultural center for all artist, activist, students, free-thinkers and anyone else who would like to be in this unique environment. Antigua has the smartest, friendliest, most talented and best looking customers, so come and join our coffeehouse family. Every Saturday night, Antigua is the best spot in Los Angeles to see up and coming local talent, so check out our calendar to see who will be at Antigua this week. Every other Sunday evening is international film night, great films from around the world, and a perfect setting for a date if you are low on cash. We offer FREE wireless internet, this makes it the perfect location for students to come and study….graduate and make their community proud. Every month we also feature a new local artist, come and check out what great talent this community has to offer. Check the calendar for art reception opening dates, they are great social events if you are in the mood to mingle. Last, but not least, we have the best tasting and freshest coffee in all of Los Angeles. We roast to perfection all of our coffee on-site, by roast masters Daniel Bibbins and Yancey Quinones owners of our mother brand company Antigua Traditional Roasters Inc. But of course were talking about th best coffee place in town Antigua Cultural Coffee House!! No joke beginning with their fresh roasted coffee, brewed at all times it's aroma is the best from any other coffee shop I have ever experienced. Just come and see for yourselves...the staff is young, experienced and super friendly too. And for the most part they own their own plantation WOW..You never see that!! Good luck Antigua Cultural Coffee House you're the best...

They need to brew more often, the coffee I ordered was luke warm as though it had been sitting there for a while. When I heated it in the microwave at work it was not bad. Also they had no raw sugar. Sorry, I had a bad experience
Not only is the cafe (Spanish) absolutely delicious, the environment is cozy, casual, and aromatic. I also love the fact that when I walk in, I am greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and at home!
I have lived in El Sereno my hole life and it's wonderful to see a place like Antigua, their coffee is always good, and it's a positive place to hang out at. Thank you Antigua, I'm proud to have you in the community.
I love the atmosphere, the good people who work there and the art that is hung on the walls which I stare at while I daydream in between writing spurts!

I just love their hot chocolate. It's smooth, creamy, and delicately but not overly sweet.
Even though I am somewhat lactose intolerant, their hot chocolate does not upset my stomach. I would love to know their secret.
