I have a long term issue that I have seen over 5 chiropractors for! Back to Basics have been the ONLY ones to give me relief from my pain and mobility issues. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Tom are incredible. They have become friends when I go in to see them. I have been with them through the birth of my twins, multiple jobs, etc...now the twins are 14 months old. They are hands down the best chiropractor in the OC, if not California!!! Go see them and you'll know why.
I have chronic problems with my neck and lower back due to years of repetetive movement in my profession. If it weren't for the fabulous care I recieve at Back to Basics I would probably be crippled by now. I have LITERALLY had to be carried into the office during a particularly bad muscle spasm/rib out of place etc and after the proper massage and chiropractic adjustment have walked out an hour later with no pain and full mobility. The entire staff are so kind, professional and accomodating. I would never go anywhere else!!

Back to Basics is a very professionally run Chiropractic office which offers, what I think, is the best in patient care and message therapy. Both my husband and I have benefited from the care given by Drs. Tom and Ryan and from the wonderful and therapeutic deep muscle massages given by Phil and Jill. All the staff with which we have had health care services, have been caring, sincere, and result oriented. We have recommended their services to many friends.
You won''t want to miss a "Back to Basics" massage. It should be one of your "Bucket List" items. :)

Back to Basics in Newport Beach has some of the most talented massage therapists I've ever experienced. They have helped me so much with relieving muscle tension and pain and i look forward to returning each month. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and caring!
