Boarding my cat was a new experience for me. The staff at the Best Little Cat House was extremely sensitive to me and my cat. They went out of their way to make sure that Chloe was comfortable, safe, and healthy. They checked on Chloe every half hour to make sure she was OK with her new boarding experience. While away, I was able to watch Chloe on their web cam. There were a lot of places to climb and play. I cannot think of a better place to leave any cat: caring staff, clean facility, stimulating surroundings.

We saw Arousha via web cam while my husband and I were on vacation....she was having a great time. The care is exceptional, the cats have their own space and the environment is cozy.
My cat's a diva, requiring injections and special food. When shown attention, she usually rewards the giver with a hiss. The kind folks at the Best Little Cathouse in Pasadena handle all this with great aplomb and a good deal of love. I so very much appreciate their efforts on my Gwen's behalf.
I love this place. The staff are very attentive and always take the time to answer my silly questions. They rock!
have two Persian Cats and that is the only place they don't mind getting there hair cut as they take excellent care of the animals.
All the cats are required to be up to date on all health issues. The cats are allowed to run free over all sorts of toys, ladders, and ramps. They have access to an outside porch that is well secured. Couches and chairs are also provided for their comfort.
My cats were able to roam in a spacious room during the day, had access to climb or sit in a window and at night they had a large compartment to sleep in. Care givers were friendly.
No litter box odor. Spotless rooms. Fishtanks...my cat Fitz had a great time. The first thing they told me when I went to pick him up was that he'd made a friend and she'd want to go home with us. I'd take my cats there again in a heartbeat.

It's just like having a neighbor house-sit your cat at her house. They even let you know how the cat is doing and if he's being social with the other cats or has found a spot to himself.
