Thanks BodyFactory for helping a very overwhelmed customer find exactly what they needed for a very special gift. I had come in all frazzled and just in need of my Bodyfuel smoothie fix, when someone showed me the Voluspa Candles. I need a gift and was trying to find one anyway-this made it WAY easier. The knowledgeable staff really helped me pick the perfect present and I left, a very satisfied customer.
Went to Body Factory in Palm Springs. Wanted to find some good products. The products and displays were really dirty and pawed over. The staff was uninformative, rude and not very helpful
The staff did not seem very experienced with what they were doing or knew about any of the products they were selling. Went back to shopping at Cos Bar, not worth the time or effort.
