The live Flamenco sounds of Malamana inspire guests to dance the night away in Café Sevilla's Tapas Bar. Cafe Sevilla's Tapas Bar is a favored hot spot for celebrities such as the Gipsy Kings, Grace Jones, Billy Zanes and many others! Tapas are Spanish appetizers or hors d'oeuvres, a few of these tasty little dishes selected from an infinite variety can make a full meal. Long before the discovery of America it was obligatory for innkeepers to serve food with wine, so a tasty morsel of cured ham, chorizo, cheese or olives were served on a small plate which covered the jug of wine like a lid, top or "tapa."
I love this restaurant because everyone is friendly and the food is delightful. We enjoy their sangria and their tapas are outstanding, what way to wow their customers, try their chicken croquette are from another world.
my friends and I went to this restaurant to savour this amazing restuarant which is full a great surprises. The biggest been the fact that the tapas are better than the ones we had in Barcelona, this is amazing, I love the guitarrist and their flamenco it gives it a great touch.

The real thing, Tapas are only from Spain and here they do it right and authentic. Try it ! From the live music to the food you will love it.
I LOVE SEVILLA FOR THEIR WONDERFUL TAPAS, THE ORIGINAL FLAVOR OF THE LAMB CHOPS AND CEVICHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.. U SHOULD TRY FOR YOURSELF..
I am a regular at Cafe Sevilla Long Beach, and I can assure you, that I have never once been disappointed. This gem in downtown Long Beach serves extraordinary drinks and the best tapas that I' ve ever eaten. The service is always exceptional...quick, curteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The live flamenco guitars and artistic decor set an unparalled ambiance that is perfect for a date night or business dinner. One of my favorite dishes on the Sevilla menu is the bocadilla sampler. It is a light and refreshing appetizer that is complimented by a glass of Sangria Royal. Also tasty are the meatballs, tortilla espanola, and tuna tartare. This restaurant is must try!!! And after your meal, stay for the nightclub afterwards!
You cannot get food like this anywhere else. There is such a variety of flavors, i love it! The Stuffed dates are great
