We are the first shabu-shabu restaurant opened in Orange County since 1997. California Shabu-Shabu specializes in bringing you this delicious cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. Delicately Sliced Beef and Vegetables come with your own pot of boiling water. You cook your ingredients at your own pace, dipping them in special Ponzu and Goma Sauces (from California Shabu Shabu's Secret Recipes ). And to create a taste all your own, a variety of condiments are at hand to enhance the flavor of your dipping sauces. Served with Japanese Steamed Rice, Shabu-Shabu is a "fun-tastic" dish that is great to enjoy anytime.
