Camp Ilene is a place where dogs can spend quality time playing in a healthy environment with other dogs and people. It's your dogs home away from home. She is the president of the southern California chapter of the rescue division of Golden Retriever Club Southern California, which rescues, and rehomes Golden Retrievers. (Some are old, sick, and just dumped in shelters to die alone, but all are beautiful to her and her team!) She volunteers at the animal shelter in Corona and helps them get their dogs ready to be adoptable when some would have otherwise needed to be euthanized. These are just a few of the things that she does to contribute to our community and to the animals that she has dedicated her life to.
This is my dog's, Hannah's, home away from home! She is always exhausted when she comes home from Camp Ilene! Wonderful staff! Reasonable prices! We love Camp Ilene!

The most amazing place ever! My golden retriever doesn't want to come home after spending time with Ilene and her staff. She's even tried to hide in the garage when she saw me there to pick her up, so I know she is really having a great time. I have made many trips to the east coast and have not had a single worry about my Rosie while I was gone, knowing that she was being cared for like she was their own pup! Can I give more than "5" stars?

We found Camp Ilene about 2 years ago. I work for an airline and often had to find a place for our Lab Drake when I was away overnight. Camp Ilene is fantastic ! She and her caring staff make Drakes stay a vacation for him. Drake is sooo excited to go to camp! I would recommend Camp Ilene to anyone who has a socialized doggy.
Absolutely AWESOME place to leave your fur children! : ) Clean facility, conscientious and caring staff and your dog(s) have so much fun while there! They come home so happy and totally crash when they get home from playing with their fellow campers all day. A definite plus if you have a high energy dog like I do!

Fabulous fun for dogs! Free run and play. Older dogs are well cared for. Ilene is caring as is her staff. My dogs had a better vacation than I did!
We love Camp Ilene and all the staff that work there. We left our big boy 'Sasha' with them for a week while on vacation and he had a blast! We would highly recommend Camp Ilene for all your fur kids. They have a wonderful 'kennel free' place for the dogs to enjoy. They separate the big kids from the little kids and keep a close eye on what the dogs are doing during the day. You can watch them online and see how much fun they are having!!! The staff are very loving and take great care of your dogs and you can tell they really love them. Thanks Ilene and all the staff at Camp Ilene.

I have to admit that i am a very over-protective mom and worry about my little boy (a 90 pound Boxer) constantly. Camp Ilene knows my number when it pops up on their caller ID and instantly say, " He is fine honey. He is out playing having a good ole time." It is very comforting knowing that i can call to check up on him and watch the dog cam online to see my pup playing or sleeping at camp. He has been going to Camp Ilene since he was about six months and he is 2 1/2 now. Ilene and her staff reallly care about every fur kid that comes into their home and that 's why i entrust them with my boy.
My Jack Russell is my pride and joy he is like a son to me! I have 2 daughters! Camp Ilene is the best! I always feel good about leaving him behind when we travel. One year after when we arrived at the front gate he was soooooo excited. i knew he remembered such a joyous dog haven!!!!
Camp Ilene is the best... Brody loves to go there(for daycare and boarding) and comes homes so tired, but happy. My husband and I were able to go on a 10 day vacation this summer and know that "our baby' was being well taken care of . I highly recommend Camp Ilene !!
One of the best boarding facilities around.......not only are the dogs cage free but the staff is professional and friendly.............most importanly the dogs are happy all day!!!!!!!!!
My Affenpinscher loves going to Camp Ilene. She thinks it is the best place on Earth! I love that the small breeds and large breeds are separate. They get to play and enjoy the great outdoors. The staff is able to accommodate that Gigi needs to have certain treats so she won't get hypoglicemic. And when she stays over night, it is so stress-free because she already knows and loves the staff. It also helps her get use to more people and more doggies than she would see if she was just stuck at home while I work. I am getting a new puppy and she will be going there as soon as she has her shots and is spayed.
I am the mom of two labs Jessie and Desi, both who loved their days at Camp Ilene. It is great thing when you go to pick them up and they don't want to come home. Ilene and her staff are the greatest, and love your dogs just like we do.
