I'm a Dino's regular since I moved to LA from NYC four years ago. I've been in the restaurant and I've seen it so busy the poor staff was non-stop.
They still managed an excellent product under duress.
The non corporate, mom and pop atmosphere is refreshing in this homogenized plastic world we live in.

I truly think their pizza and salads are amazing. So good, in fact, that I often just over look the surly generation Y type taking my order.
The sauce is fabulous! Their crust is perfect, too. Not too thin, not too thick. YUM!

Whatever they do making their pizza, it's magical. Have to drive there to get it, because I'm out of their delivery range, but it's more than worth the trip...even at current inflated gas prices.
I moved away from Los Angeles, and Dino's is one of the things I miss the most. I always eat there when I visit.
