one of the best all around workout I have ever taken
Dove, is hands down the best personal trainer/fitness instructor in California. She works your entire body and I have been going to her for two years and never have had the same class once! She keeps it new and fresh and knows how to read the people in her class in order to adjust. Pure talent! An added bonus, she knows everyone's name in the whole class, even if it's your first day! I love Dove!
Dove Rose gives the best overall workout in LA. I've been going to her studio since she opened and I never get bored and it is always fun and challenging. She's amazing!
I have been a professional dancer for 8 years and have been to many work out, fitness and dance classes. Dove's class is the ONLY class that consistently works my entire body ... not to mention it is the most fun out of all of them!

I’ve been working out at a gym for 20 yrs but it’s been Dove’s classes that have gotten me into the best shape of my life. Dove is such a masterful teacher and so engaged in what’s going on that you’re able to enjoy the benefits of 1-on-1 coaching but still feed off the heightened energy that can only be created in a group environment. She’s truly a gift and I consider it a privilege to train with her.
Nobody knows and understands the body as well as Dove. Each class is different, challenging, inspiring, effective, exhausting and exhilarating. She creatively changes her training to build maxium strength and fitness for all her clients. She safely pushes and encourages us to work harder and grow stronger. Dove's music is an eclectic mix of the most fabulous artist's. The changing rythums and beats keep everyone motivated and moving. I can not say enough about Dove. Dove is an artist when it comes to training...she knows the technical side without hesitation but she is able to invent, create and mold her classes to each person despite how busy the hour or hour and a half is. I taught with Dove years ago and she is the same warm and caring trainer that she was when she started. I would highly recommend anyone start with Dove rather than waste their money on someone else.
