I've tried Earles on Crenshaw one afternoon after getting my hair done and let me tell you the chicken sausage is out of this world, I've been telling everyone about this place it has great food I cant wait to get on that side of town. I'm having a craving for one right now.

I'm a New Yorker and Earle's Grill has the best hot dogs in LA. He has a healthy menu which in hot dog land, is very impressive (Try Turkey sandwich). However try the spicy chicken link. In New York I loved to get a hot dog with cooked onions in a red sauce. I couldn’t find this red topping anywhere in Los Angeles (I could in a jar but it wasn’t very good). Earle's has it and I love it. So much in so I go into Earle's from time to time just to buy the "New York Red Onions" to take home for my own use. Also try the "Players punch." It's a sweet fruit punch that's delicious. If you want to explore other options on the menu ask Earle, as he's usually behind the counter. Be patient, or call your order in advance as Earle’s can get crowded. I've been a customer of Earle's for over a decade since he was selling hot dogs from a cart as street corner hot dog vendor. A friend took me to his stand and I was surprised by the number of people who stood on a side walk lined up (Celebrities, Executives, Maids, Garbage men to the like) to buy hot dogs from a street vendor. Then I tasted his food, and I saw why. I'm happy to see he has expanded his business to an actually physical location. Good work Earle you deserve it.
