I recently had a couch made and had a horrible experience. The couch was poorly made and the customer service wasn't great either. You had to call the owner at least five times just to get her to return one phone call... and it took them a lot longer to make the couch than the promised three weeks. I wish I had worked with a different company.
The quality is wonderful and the price is great. We were having a hard time with the size of our room and were afraid to custome order it because we thought we could not afford it. A friend recomended to Euro Chick and we got a beautiful sofa for an amzin gprice and the best part of it is it only took about 3 wks to recieve our furniture.and it looked beautiful. I wouls strongly recommend it !
