Bert is a fantastic artist- because I do believe that what he does is art. Always friendly, fast and such a pleasure to work with. He has framed anything from stamps to family mementos and the end result is FANTASTIC! He knows exactly how to place special items and what colors and frame compliments it best...I would never go anywhere else!
