Grounds' baked goods are simple incredible! They're fresh, delicious and done just right. My favorite is the chocolate croissant... they're so flaky with chocolate spread out throughout on the inside, not just clumped together in the middle like most other bakeries.

When we moved into the neighborhood about 3 years ago we had no clue about where to find good food. We queried many of our local customers who suggested that we try Grounds. What we found was a charming and clean cafe space staffed by a friendly, service-oriented staff. They have a wide selection of fresh baked bagels, breads and sandwiches. If you haven't yet checked them out, then you are definitely missing out--they leave Subway and Quizno's in the dust.

I have had those othe bagles from the list as i lived in Van Nuys by western and in the south bay by a manhattan bagles.I also work in the rest buissness as a repair tech and have seen the kitchens and equipment and can tell you that the Grounds Bakery has the very best out there. They are a well know local site and have lines that are like in and out burgers in the morning. They have a large amount of fresh breads made as well as the bagles. They are truley the best bagle shop in All of LA county. I would bet on it!!!
