Hansen cakes are the culmination of the finest artistic talent and baking skill. Many of our delectable recipes are Hansen originals which have been handed down from generation to generation and refined over the years. Today, we still use only the freshest ingredients, both domestic and imported, to create these same mouth-watering recipes for our customers. The recipes for our original cake mixes are now patented.

These cakes not only live up to the reputation of the ultimate in cake artistry, they actually taste great! Light and fresh, layered with the most flavorful fillings, each offering is more delicious than the last. My kids make sure that I always bring them home a cake from Hansen's! Five stars. The Beverly Hills Showroom is being completely renovated...we can't wait to see what they come up with!
