Harmony Lane is a young store with a big heart looking to provide a great atmosphere where people can come in and find the latest unique pieces and must-have items with the help of a super-friendly staff.

I had never been to Harmony Lane and decided to email the boutique asking about some of the items on sale. I got a response in less than an hour from Melody. Since I had more questions, I emailed back a few more times and every time I got a quick response that day, even after store hours! Since I was impressed with this customer service, I visited the boutique with my mother for those items and some new items for my wardrobe. The salesgirl, Jessie, was very patient and answered every question I could possibly have about many of the items (even when I did not buy most of the items), and was very patient with my mother, who is not an easy customer! Great,friendly,fast, informative customer service + great one of a kind clothes+ patience with difficult customers= one of the best boutiques existing! I will definately go back. And that says a lot considering I have been to Kitson, Lisa Kline, Fred Segal, and Intuition. Intuition has great merchandise, one of a kind clothes, acessories, and shoes BUT the customer service is below average. I have been a few times and have ordered things online. Ordering things online from Intuition is moot when you order the item that is in style then, and then finally get it in the mail months later . Then you check online and find out that you get that item months later, and paid the full price on it when it is now on sale. -_- Or when you call their customer service line for online purchases and tell them you need to exchange the item for a bigger size because you tried it on and it's too small and the operator rudely tells you "That counts as worn, and we don't accept returns on worn clothing", then promptly hangs up on you. God forbid a customer not know their exact size in that exact line and order the wrong size online. The customer service in person at Intuition is even worse. The ladies in the store just stand around without offering to help me find anything or even smile and gossip about the guys they have met. At one point, I went in to try something on, came back out and saw one girl in the middle of putting a L signal on her forehead while talking to another girl, then quickly retract it when I came back out. No great merchandise should be worth enduring horrible, lazy customer service or adopting a snooty attitude inside the store for. The people that do love the store however, who come in the store while I'm there, are friends of the owner or employees, or celebs and get great, friendly service....which is great for them I guess....and their publicity. Of all the boutiques I have been to, the only one I'm not going back to is Intuition, and that says a lot because I normally don't post comments or reviews online.
