You could not go to a better studio.
Absolutly the best in ALL of Southern California. This academy & it's director Yvette "La Sole" teaches FLAMENCO the way it's taught in Spain. Students don't just learn steps, they learn about the culture, the music, the background of the flamenco lifestyle & thus leave with a deeper understanding. Plus her BULERIAS class is the only authentic Buleria's de Jerez class & choreography in all of L.A., no doubt. Her students understand flamenco structure & how to work with the singer & guitarist, not many people teach that as a base from the very start as she does. The Studio also features top notch Belly Dance classes taught by La Sole & other instructors.

Director of the Studio is excellent - she is from Spain and had spent alot of time there - her repertoire is excellent - very broad - she is a great teacher and can teach anyone age 5 to 85 and do a great job.

We waited for Yvette to come back from Spain and she finally did! My daughter wouldn't dance with anyone else! It is amazing to find such talent in such a young teacher!

The elan of one of the teachers, Yvette, and the grace she exhibits on the stage gives the students a great role model. Any student interested in this style of dance will be inspired by seeing, on a retular basis, someone who has performed around the world.
I been attending to IPAA for 6 under direction of Yvette "La Sole" and she is the best flamenco teacher ever and learned from her the very first day of class. She's tops!!
