I have been buying all my bathing suits at Island Girl for over 20 years. My teeanage daughters have grown up wearing their suits. Their suits are the best made. They last forever.
This store has been around since I was a little girl. Now I can take my daughter there to find the latest and greatest swimsuit for the season. The management is very friendly and they have great deals and quality suits and flipflops.
They are so friendly and will special order for you. Great fit. and styles. Especially if you are hard to fit in tops, large sizes
Finding the right bathing suit always used to be very tricky. Ever since I discovered Island Girl Beachwear (10 years ago), I haven't shopped anywhere else since.
I've been having Island Girl make my suits for years. They have the best mix and match choices, the most color swatches to choose from to have one, two, three or more suits made for you!!!!
Besides having an amazing selection of beachwear, they are friendly, helpful............and willing to get your size, no matter what!
I have been shopping at Island Girl Beachwear for the last 10 years. I still have all the bathing suits that I purchased over the past 10 years. They are all STILL in their original condition! Additionally, it's the little things Anita has always done to help assure that I have the perfect suit with the perfect fit! I have not shopped any where else to buy a swim suit.

Anita at Island Girl came to my rescue 31 years ago. She has customized tops, bottoms, sarongs, cover-ups, etc. She gave me the best bikini bottom advice ever...pull high, tie tight. Whenever I was ready for a vacation I would head to Island Girl with all my drama and come out looking wonderful. Thanks for being there for us for over 30+ years Anita...and I am sure all the other beach lovers thank you too.
The swimsuits actually Fit my big butt and big breasts! They fit to my body without just trying to cover up some parts and having other parts squish out the sides...which in turn prevents the peek-a-boos at the beach! They also support my bust, and they last for years!
Island Girl is an amazing store. The family that owns it is wonderful and they really want to make you a bathing suit that fits YOUR body and you're comfortable in. The best part about the store is a tie: it's between the selection of fabrics you can choose from and the owners. The suits are custom made to your body shape and size, and if you have a BIG chest like me they make the tops extra thick and with thick straps! Yay!!! Anita is honest and will also recommend alternatives if something doesn't look right. She is sweet and kind and so is her husband. They do all the work themselves in the shop and make a GREAT product that lasts FOREVER! I've been going to them for suits since I was 15 (nearly 10 years now) and I still have ALL of my suits.
They have the best selection of swimsuits with so many different styles of bottoms. They will custom make you suits and Anita the gal that makes them is so helpful and honest. I wouldn't shop for bikinis anywhere else!

I've purchased swim wear from Island Girl Beachwear for the past 20 years. I'm a die hard River Rat - I have found that their swim wear is durable and original. I never see duplicate suits while visiting the Lake or PS. I give them a 10 star rating!
They are very friendly and helpful. They make the best bathing suits and go out of their way to make you happy.
The variety was wonderful as well as the quantity to choose from. You could find a fabric you liked and have it available in various styles and sizes. Tops and bottoms are separate to assure a custom fit. They also offer really custom made to order suits. The owners are so friendly and great to work with. It is a happy place.
