Jayvee Dance Academy was established in October, 2004 under the direction of founder Joanna Vargas. JVD prides itself on having an all professional staff, with industry credits that include music videos, recording artists, movies, television, and musical theatre. The studio offers classes in Hip Hop, Breakdance, House, Krumping, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Popping, Robot, Pilates, Hula, Folklorico, Tumbling and Tiny Tots. Class ages start at 2 through adults, with levels of dance for basic beginners through professional. JVD offers group or private instruction for all levels and classes are normally 60 minutes but can also be 45 or 90 minutes depending on the type of class.
JayVee dance is the 4th studio that my 9 year old daughter has attended dance classes at. JayVee dance instructors are professional yet fun for the kids. They offer a wide variety of styles, even for adults! We love JayVee dance!
My 2yr old daughter has been taking ballet and tap there since this summer and she LOVES it!!!! The instructors are so nice and patient with the kids, I highly recommend this class to all mommies who want to have some fun with their babies!

I have taken dance classes at JVD before and I love the atomosphere. Everyone is so friendly and they offer such a wide variety of dance classes for many age groups. Also, they are always doing fun activities for members and to get their families involved!! JVD is definitely doing awesome things for the San Gabriel Valley communities!

it's a great place. there are amazing instructors that are extremely supportive and encourage you to do your best and have fun with. during the time i have been with jayvee dance, i am more confident as a dancer and have learned new skills from other people. this is why it is the best dance center in la!!!! hope you guys win!!!
Jay Vee Dance Performing Arts Center provide an afforable, safe, postive enviroment that has helps my daughter learn the art of dance as well as stay in shape. The staff is very polite and professional they work very well with students of all ages.
i recommend JayVee Dance Performance Arts Center because they do train hard and put together many shows for people to enjoy watching. I have been there twice and they have always given me an urge to want to go back because it was so amazing.

My daughter Loves and looks forward to coming to her dance classes here @ JV. Bridget - The Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Ballet teacher is Awesome. She is very sweet, fun and patient teacher. Miss Vane -"Folklorico" is also Awesome -she is full of energy and lots of fun. I highly recommed this dance studio and these teachers.

My son asks me to help him practice everyday, can't say the same about his school homework. They're definitely doing something right. Recommend to all ages.

jayvee dance gives so much for our kids. its a positive atmosphere very family oriented and they even have classes for the parents! its wonderful. my daughter has been attended jayvee for 3 1/2 years and i don't see her stopping.
