Have used Kathi's Critter Care several times without incident. Until this time: went on vacation for a week and came home to find that they DID NOT show up. At all. My dog was alone for EIGHT days without food, water, or access to the backyard. Inexcusable and unforgivable. They should be ashamed that they endangered the life of my dog. Will never consider using Kathi's again, and I'd encourage you to do the same.

We have used Kathi's Critter Care for our kitties since 1996. We were new to OC and did not know anyone with this service. Somehow we managed to connect, I think from info at a cat show. We never looked back. They are the best. The litter box is cleaned, kitties are content, the mail is in, paper is in, and even the trash barrels are taken out for trash day. They take great care if there is illness, making sure meds are given. We always leave our contact info but in all these years they have only had to use it one time and that was this year. Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone anytime. Nuf said. If you want good, quality care for your pets call Kathi's Critter Care.

Reliable, caring, thorough... Kathi and her crew members bring in the mail, water the plants, feed the pets, spend time with the pets... When I return from a trip the pets look up from their naps and say, "Oh... it's just you... Where are those really NICE people?"
Kathi's Critter Care does a great job sitting for my pets. I do not have a worry when I am out of town on business or family trips. I have an older cat that needs medicine and I know she is being taken well care of when I need to be away from home. Kathi has gone above the contract to help ease my mind during emergency situations (earthquakes, fires) making me feel comfortable that she's willing and able to go that extra step. I have no worries highly recommending her company to anyone looking for a compassionate critter sitter.
