Life lessons are one of the best gifts parents can offer their children. I am great full that my father shared with me his interest in martial arts and enrolled us into Kajukenbo self defense. Sifu Rick Kingi taught me not only how to destroy anyone who would bring harm to me, but how to have discipline and respect for the art. How I operate and conduct myself as an adult is a direct thread to the examples set by the visiting elder masters, Sifu Rick Kingi and his family. It is with spirit, mind and body that I cast my vote for the best martial art school, King's Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute.

I would recommend Kingi's KaJuKenBo for every1, it is for all ages, all cultures, & the primary concern is respect, learning how & when 2 defend & protect yourself & others, & it's about family & friends always has been, always will be, it is a family & friends organization & we don't simply just learn the discipline of martial arts, we learn, we learn to discipline ourselves & thusly rippling that effect onto others

The Kingi Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute is fun, educational, character building, as well as, a great opportunity to enhance one's skills of defense. The institute is family oriented and is current on all levels of training. Each person, young and old, involved in the program is well taken care of by all the people who teach and train the individuals.

when my son was much younger, he studied there. He had excellent teachers and learned a lot about self discipline and anger management at a time when he really needed it. He is a grown man now, but the lessons he was taught then have helped to make him the awesome man he is today.
