Lightning Auto, Boat & RV Detail is a mobile Detailing business located in Orange County, CA since 1989, and is owned and operated by Paul Burner. We cover ALL of the O.C. area as well as most of Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego Counties, and soon to be in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We serve all harbors, marinas, boat & RV storage facilities from L.A. to San Diego and to my knowledge, no other Detailing company does this! We will also come to your home or office and take good care of you there.
We specialize in, and are true experts with BLACK, RED and other dark colored vehicles, as well as the big, tough jobs that most of our competitors can't or won't do; RVs, boats, big rig trucks & trailers, construction equipment, yachts, and even aircraft. We are quite experienced in cleaning engines and engine compartments in cars, trucks, boats and RVs, and doing it as environmentally safe and clean as possible. We do it ALL, and we come to YOU.
We promise fast, friendly, professional service and use only the finest of methods and products available. We welcome vendors who sell 'new and improved' products and chemicals; especially those that are environmentally clean and safe, and of excellent quality.
We do our best to keep your cost down, but our main goal is to do an absolutely incredible job. 'Discount detailers' are a dime a dozen, and they're everywhere. Most of them do a substandard job for a cheap price, and we don't want to be like THEM.
We are PROBLEM SOLVERS! Very recently, I detailed the interior of a plumbing company's truck that the dashboard had caught fire from an employee leaving a lit cigarette on the dash, filling the entire interior of the driver compartment with thick, black smoke. The interior was dirty enough as it was from being a plumber's work truck, but can you imagine the thick, black soot on top of it?!? I successfully cleaned the entire interior spotlessly except for the headliner which had yet to be replaced. And recently, I removed a rat's nest and excrement from a 2006 Honda Civic engine and compartment. The excrement was burned onto the engine and stuck to EVERYTHING in the engine compartment...but I removed it. A couple weeks ago, I removed splattered concrete from a black Rolls Royce without damage, or a single swirl mark in the paint.In the past month I cleaned two separate engines where the radiator caps had popped off a while back, shooting rusty water & coolant everywhere. The rust stains were all over the entire engines and compartments. All of the cleaners in my van were useless against these rust stains. How did I remove them? The answer would surprize you...I surprized myself with this one, to be honest.
In the past I have diagnosed, treated, and solved sooo many seemingly impossible problems. I'm sure the 'discount guys' couldn't do the same...and many other 'average' detailers couldn't, either; but I've been Detailing for 24 years, been in business for nearly 20 years, I've seen nearly everything from A to Z, and I look forward to the next challenge, or "puzzle" to solve.
You'll notice that nearly all other Detailers use 'rubber dressing' or 'tire dressing.' These products do little or nothing to feed, protect and/or renew your rubber, plastic, vinyl or leather...so we don't use them. We use a TREATMENT instead. NO silicones, No alcohol, NO petroleum based dressings, EVER! Let the discount detailers and amateurs use them. We'll do what's right, and what makes sense. I use a product that costs over $63. per gallon, and it's worth every penny.

Our work will outlast the work of the 'discount guys,' therefore we are a much better value. You will save money by choosing us over the 'discount guys' because of the durability of our workmanship. We will also give you important after care instructions so you'll know how to clean your own vehicle or boat properly. We want your vehicle to look it's best for as long as possible, because you'll be more likely to call us in the future, and you'll feel happy and confident to pass us on to friends and family.

All of what you have read here about Lightning Detail is true...and much more. Paul has taken care of My mom & dad's cars since about 1990. We knew him when he was just starting out. He did my Maxima that my parents bought me for graduation. I always remember him for his friendliness and his smile. Of cours we love his work, too! Why do you think we've been with him all these years?
If you even consider going to another detailer, then I think you've bumped your head and need to have it examined. Anyone can brag about how good they are and how much they know. Paul can prove it. Salamat po, Paul!
Quality, Price, Business value and ethics
I travel from Henderson, NV to get my vehicles detailed. That should say it all.
Simply the best! And, here's a short story to explain:
I have a huge motorhome. Found Lightening on the Internet because the guy at the motorhome storage place that claims to detail rv's gave me the creeps. The first time I had Lightening come and detail the RV, the "creep" was there, washing an RV in the slot next to mine. HE HAD TO BORROW SOAP from Lightening. Imagine!
