Ryan Afromsky arrived into the culinary world by a circuitous route. Growing up on both coasts-New York and Los Angeles, Afromsky learned to appreciate food and fine dining. The creative team of Meltdown designed a unique menu that is satisfying, innovative and geared towards one of the most recognizable sandwiches in the country: grilled cheese.
