The food is always great here. I have tried the other places and none compare. This is the best!

I have visited Ethiopia and this place by far is the most authentic here in LA. It truly feels like I'm in Africa when I walk through the door. The flavors are wonderful!!!

Merkato can be considered home away from home. Not only in the home-like comfort it gives its customers, but also in home-made like taste of the food it serves. Merkato is truly home away from home.
