Miru8691 offers a unique blend of culinary cultures spanning the entire continent. MI-RU aka Chris and his brother, DU-HEE aka Calvin, were born in Seoul, Korea, and raised in Indonesia & Singapore, before settling here, in Beverly Hills, CA. While attending Japanese culinary school in LA, Miru gained a solid foundation of culinary skills, while DU-HEE headed SA-KA-E, Radisson Hotel on Wilshire. After mastering the traditional way of Japanese culinary skills, both brothers furthered their education in the culinary arts through employment at many sushi resturant in the SO-CAL area in order to learn important skills from pro chefs from all around the globe.

This is only sushi restaurant that gives every diner a sampler of their sushi. Shows real hospitality and that they appreciate your business. I love the presentation of the sushi, It small, cute and cozy...
