Fusing the classic home cooking of Cuban heritage with the explosivley flavorful ingredients from the Caribbean, Mojito has quickly become a culinary hotspot in the Santa Clarita Valley and beyond, even attracting a visit from KABC-TV's Elmer Dills. An architectural journey back to the glamour days of Havana. As you enter through the ornate wood and iron doors and make your way to the hand-carved mahogany bar you will see that our restaurant itself is stunning. Our signature drink the Mojito is a crafted potent concoction of rum, sugar syrup, crushed lime and fresh mint leafs. Our Mojito is made from scratch with no pre-mixed ingrediants. Custom tile work, illuminated glass walls and colorful murals depicting a bygone era of decadence adds to the ambience; while high-backed booths complete with heavy velevet privacy curtains. The kitchen consistently turns out world-class Paella, a Spanish-style saffron-hued rice dish laden with clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, whitefish, chicken and chorizo. It is then topped with half a lobster. Our menu is extraordinary an it continues to evolve wev'e added more traditional flavors to the plates using recipes from the owners mother, who is an amazing Cuban cook. It's just been extremely fine tuned. Enjoy the live band on Friday's and Saturdays playing all the great music of the Caribbean.

The ambience is superb and first class service. Amazing menu and the drinks are phenomenal. If you want a real Mojito this is the only place to get it.

Mojito has to be, by far, my favorite restaurant!! I have been a faithful customer ever since it opened and have shared many memorable moments there. The environment is so inviting and the service is amazing. The flavors of the Caribbean excite my taste buds and I have enjoyed every minute of it!! GO TEAM MOJITO!!!!
