2 Screens. Built in 1931. Operated by Landmark since 1992. Located in the city of Santa Monica, just east of the 3rd Street Promenade and just south of the Montana shopping district, the NuWilshire has been featured in James Ellroy's famous novels Crime Wave and My Dark Places. The theatre features a challenging mix of independent and foreign language films on its twin screens.
