I CAN’T REPEAT IT ENOUGH.......I HAD THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE AT “ONE NIGHT AFFAIR” WHEN I WENT IN TO RENT MY WEDDING GOWN IN MAY OF 2007.
I RECEIVED THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE AND ATTENTION, AND IT WAS SUCH A FUN EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.
FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I ENDED UP WITH MY DREAM GOWN.... A $5500.00 MELISSA SWEET WEDDING GOWN. IT WAS THE SAME GOWN THAT I HAD ORIGINALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH IN ANOTHER BRIDAL SALON BUT WAS HAVING A HARD TIME WITH SPENDING THAT KIND OF MONEY, I JUST WANTED IT SO BAD THAT I WAS TRYING TO REARRANGE MY BUDGET IN OTHER AREAS TO JUSTIFY SPENDING THAT MUCH ON MY OWN GOWN.
LUCKILY BEFORE I MADE THAT DECISION I HEARD ABOUT “ONE NIGHT AFFAIR” FROM ANOTHER BRIDE (ASHLEE) IN ANOTHER SALON, I THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH AN APPOINTMENT JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD, NEVER DREAMING WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE. I WAS SHOCKED AT THE GOWNS THAT THEY HAD TO OFFER AND THEY WERE NOT ONLY IN AMAZING SHAPE, BUT THEY WERE THE SAME GOWNS THAT I HAD SEEN IN MON AMIE BRIDAL SALON AND RENEE STRAUS IN BEVERLY HILLS.
I FOUND A VERA WANG GOWN THAT I REALLY LOVED, BUT I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS IN LOVE WITH THIS OTHER GOWN. KRISTEN (THE SALESGIRL) TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING IN A SHIPMENT OF MELISSA SWEET GOWNS AND I SHOULD CHECK THEM OUT, THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE ONE I ORIGINALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH COULD BE IN THERE.
TO MY GREATEST JOY, IT WAS ONE OF THE 10 MELISSA SWEET GOWNS THAT HAD COME IN!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I RENTED IT FOR MY FEBRUARY 15TH, 2008 WEDDING. I PAID $895.00 TO RENT IT (INSTEAD OF PURCHASING FOR $5500.00).
IT WAS ALTERED TO MY BODY LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR ME, AND ON MY WEDDING DAY I LOOKED AND FELT AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL, THE WAY I ALWAYS FELT I WOULD ON THE MOST WONDERFUL DAY OF MY LIFE, AND NOBODY EVER THOUGHT I RENTED MY GORGEOUS GOWN.
ANOTHER ADDED BONUS IS THAT ASHLEE (THE BRIDE WHO TOLD ME ABOUT ONE NIGHT AFFAIR) AND I HAD KEPT IN TOUCH, SHE ALSO RENTED HER GOWN FROM ONE NIGHT AFFAIR, AND WE HAVE BECOME VERY CLOSE FRIENDS.
SO MY ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SUCH A POSITIVE AND WONDERFUL TIME IN MY LIFE!!!

I found One Night Affair when my son CJ was up for best supporting actor, for the movie "Ray", at the NAACP awards. I have to say I looked FANTASTIC! I had people stopping me the entire night. The gown was absolutely stunning and I have to say the service I received was first class. The girls in the store were so much fun and I had such an amazing selection to choose from. I think they are the hottest thing going.....They've become my new closet!!!

One Night Affair is fantastic......Yes the parking lot is small, but anyone familiar with the Westside knows that parking is horrible, even if you have to park down the street it's worth the walk. One Night Affair had an incredible selection of beautiful gowns that I was able to choose from. I'm a size 16 and it was almost impossible to find a Bridal gown store that had any dresses that I could try on, all of the gowns were sample sizes which were basically size 8, I was so frustrated, how could I possibly choose a gown if I can't try them on, This was suppose to be a once in a lifetime experience, and I was in tears. When I went into One Night Affair I was able to try on many many gowns. The staff was very patient and caring and helped me choose my dream dress. Because of a thyroid problem I have, I gained a little weight before the wedding, and the seamstress was able to change and alter the dress with a french tie-up across the back, it actually made me look smaller, guests at my wedding kept asking if I had lost weight. I can't say enough about how happy I was with my gown, the service and attention that I received from One Night Affair. I would recommend them to everyone before going out and spending all that money buying a gown.

I found One Night Affair 11 years ago when I was searching all over town for a wedding gown. Everything I found in the bridal stores all looked the same and cost a fortune. I stumbled across One Night Affair by accident, they had a remarkable selection although it did take a while to go through everything, it was worth it. I found a gown that looked like it was specially made for me. The seamstresses altered it perfectly for me and I felt and looked like a million bucks! Since my husband is in the Entertainment business, I've been using One Night Affair every year since my wedding to get a fabulous gown for the Academy Awards, I always get something thats out of this world, and I'm dressed better than 90% of the people attending. One Night Affair has been an absolute magical find and has been dressing me beautifully for over a decade!

FABULOUS FIND!!!
I had the most amazing experience with One Night Affair. I put a deposit down on my gown last October (2006) for my August 2007 wedding. I went in many times before my scheduled fittings and the staff was fabulous, they were always very friendly and helpful, even on the days when they were extremely busy. I rented a spectacular wedding gown from the Designer Carolina Herrera. I could not afford to purchase this gown, which I originally saw in another Bridal store for $6800.00. The seamstress was amazing and altered the gown perfectly to my body. Everyone at my wedding was in total disbelief when I told them that I actually rented the gown, I didn't tell anyone in advance because I didn't want anyone to know, but everyone was going so crazy over the gown that I couldn't hold in my secret. I'm glad that I told them all and I will be going back to rent a gown for my firms holiday party!
