Phlight is AMAZING! I love the wine, the food, the ambiance, the people that work there, etc., etc. It's Uptown Whittier's gem! If you live in Whittier, or the surrounding areas, you'd agree that there aren't many cool places to go to at night/on the weekend. Phlight fills that void!
Amazing what Jay and Nikomi have accomplished and brought to our community. This restaurant is so Fabulous and you fit right in! Plus they are Whittier College Grads! Go POETS!
Amazingly original. Must try the french toast for dessert!
Phlight was designed for the community and its surrounding neighborhoods. The proud staff treats their customers well, the food is rich and delightful and the atmosphere is inviting and quite comfortable.

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in LA County. Not overpriced; Fabulous Menu; Interesting and unusual wine list; Easy parking; Laid back and casual atmosphere; wonderful owners and chef.
First intro to tapas. Was told that there was a "topless" restaurant in Uptown, and wondered how that was going to work. Great food, even though everyone wears shirts!
I've been a line cook at PHLIGHT for three+ years, lived in Whittier all my life, and have experienced food I've never seen filtered through this city before!

An upscale feel in a local area with the best tapas around-you have to try the sweet potato fries. ( I love the olive and cinnamon almonds too!)
I had the best paella which went great with my garnacha wine which compliment my dinner. Beautiful Restaurant.!
