Yes, the food is fabulous...hot, quick, diverse, and priced right. Yet, what makes this happening restaurant a Burbank hotspot is the variety of people who come there for a variety of reasons. The food plates are a conversation source all on their own. The people who do not come in are another talking point. Then there's the "in crowd"...the persons who wish to be seen...and heard. Pho Citi is setting a new trend: It's food is breaking old patterns, and it's customers are creating new worlds. I'd give Pho Citi a HIGH FIVE!

I have had noodle soup from one end of the LA County to the other, including the OC. Pho Citi has the best!! I recommend that anyone that has had noodle soup and did not like it, They NEED to try Pho Citi Noodle Soup. It is AMAZING!!! Burbank needed this resturaunt. Thank you Pho Citi!!!! See you tonight!
