Kerrie started out in event planning at a very young age. As a child growing up in Northern California, she loved to surround herself with her friends at all times. This meant, to her mother's dismay, that she would frequently host elaborately themed slumber parties and get-togethers on an almost weekly basis. Her love of planning only progressed as she got older- continuing throughout high school, and into college where she planned many events for her sorority at UC Santa Barbara.
After college, and some time spent in Guam (ask Kerrie for the FULL story on that one!), Kerrie took her event planning skills to the next level, and spent the next four years working in Corporate Meetings and Events both on a local Orange County and national level. It is during this time that Kerrie fine tuned her skills in event planning, developed valuable relationships with top local vendors, and perfected the skills necessary to produce a flawless event.
With her previous experience in events under her belt, Kerrie has an upper-hand in the wedding planning and coordinating business. I attended her wedding, one that she spent a lot of time organizing, and it was amazing. Kerrie paid attention to every small detail (which is something I appreciate) which made the entire event wonderful. Her wedding was sophisticated yet fun, she had a lot of people attend yet, the way she put everything together made it feel like you were at home. I have only seen her a couple of times, and really didn't know anyone at the event except my date.....but, it was really the manner in which she put the vent together that made it a very enjoyable experience.....even for someone that didn't know anyone at the party! If she can pull that off, I would hire her for any event (I am already married or else I would hire her to do my wedding). It was...THAT amazing.
