Our new 2200 sq foot lakeside studio in Rancho Santa Margarita is an oasis of welcoming comfort, with the pleasant sounds of a trickling fountain, and soft but invigorating music, with warm, zen-like surroundings. Wear form-fitting but comfortable exercise wear, go bare-foot or wear socks. We have dressing rooms and cubicles for safe storage of your things. We specialize in reformer classes, so be reassured that they are the BEST! It’s fun working out on your own “reformer” along with other students. We keep the ratio of students to instructor at maximum 7:1, so there’s plenty of individual instruction in our affordable reformer classes.
I have been in pain every since i got in my car accident a couple of years ago. I have just joined Precision Pilates and i can already tell that i am not in nearly as much pain as i was even a month ago! And my body is healing every day. I love how i dont feel limited at precision, they have alot of alternitive exercises if my body is not able to do what someone else is doing. I am very happy that i chose to come in and give it a try. Pain is not a fun thing when you have it all the time, i owe Precision Pilates alot for getting rid of it!
I have been a member of Precision Pilates for about a year now and i have never done anything else that gave me such great results! I never thought i could shape my body the way i wanted it so easily----- my husband cant keep his hands off of me! And i was very impressed with the trainers as well! Every one of them is amazing and so focused on their job but at the same time they relate to me on a personal level as well. I love precision and i know you will as well!
