The Roosterfish, is a gay bar located at 1302 Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice Beach, California which is approximately 15 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. As our slogan says, "We're a neighborhood gay bar but Los Angeles is very big neighborhood." The patrons are friendly and include both regulars (Platinum Club Members as they're called) and visiting beach hotties checking out the only gay bar in Venice. When you drop in, come up to a few of the regulars and say hello. They'll have you in stitches with their jokes and quips. Ashli (the reigning queen of the bar), David (Nurse Ratchet), Jerome, the lovely Miss Nadine, Harold (Gloria Hole), Billy and Joseph, Dennis and Terry, yours truly Ken (Common Veranda) and a whole host of others don't bite unless... you ask us too.
