Founded in 1997, the award-winning Sacred Fools Theatre Company is dedicated to creating theatre that invigorates, enlightens and entertains, in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere. We are one of the most prolific theatre companies in Los Angeles, perhaps in the world. In just over ten years, Sacred Fools has produced over 100 full productions, as well as countless other projects. All their shows are great, but I give a big thumbs up to the late night series especially of Magnum Opus on Fridays and Serial Killers on Saturdays
Just saw 43 Plays for 43 Presidents this weekend. The evening breezes by. Entertaining and thoughtful at the same time. Always a fun time at the Fools. It's theater that doesn't feel it needs to be highfalutin and grim to say serious (or not-so-serious) things.

I recently saw Drood at Sacred Fools. It was the most enjoyable evening I've ever had at the theatre.

Just progressive and unusual. Real combat theatre at it's rawest form. They take chances in the name of art, not profit.
