In the right environment, learning a complex, social dance like Salsa doesn’t have to be overwhelming. At the SalsaBox Studios, we understand that huge, impersonal classes can be intimidating and confusing to the novice dancer. That is why the student teacher ratio is closely maintained at the studio. This ensures each individual gets the personal attention that he or she needs to take their dancing to the next level. In our small, intimate classes, you’ll be partnered with dancers who are at your same skill level to maximize your time and investment. Under the watchful eye of our instructors, you’ll learn the basic steps and techniques of leading and following, spinning and styling to get you in the clubs and on the dance floor before you know it!

This is how to get comfortable on the dance floor: dance your a** off at a salsa boot camp. It's also a great time, a great workout, and the lunch buffet afterward is great!

Lisa's studio is a comfortable place to get your feet wet if you are new to dancing salsa. It is also a great environment to meet people and build skills to become an incredible dancer! Her prices are also very reasonable particularly for the bootcamps. I highly recommend giving it a try. I finally did and I am in better shape physically and can go out dancing and really feel good about my abilities!
Lisa spends a lot of time with the students. After class I even got a short practice session with one of the instructors to make sure I had it right.
