The San Pedro Brewing Company is owned and operated by James Brown. James opened the restaurant in November 1999, after four months of construction to expand the former John T's Tavern, which had been in operation from the early 1990's until its closure in 1998. The restaurant features great food, fresh ales and lagers brewed on the premises, live entertainment weekly, the finest in spirits, a kids menu, catering and party facilities, and the friendliest staff in San Pedro! Definately the best!! Gotta try the swordfish sandwich, desserts are fantastic. The Longshoreman brew is great.

A great combination of front and back of house staff. Food that is second to none in his category. An excellent selection of ales,lagers, and always top notch entertainment. I would recommend the SPBC for any range of events to catering, functions and parties, and a pleasing night out in San Pedro.
