Sandpiper Lounge, (aka The Dirty Bird) was established in 1942 by a small local family, the Harrells. Today, the same family still runs this World Famous bar. After 65 years this classic dive bar hasn't changed a bit; it’s still dark, a little musty, and lit by only the glow of red candles, and a few strands of Christmas lights. Bands start at 9:30 and play until half past one… 7 NIGHTS A WEEK/365 days a year… The drinks are as stiff as the rules ~That’s a joke. But really… the drinks are pretty stiff so you'll get your moneys worth: 4 SECOND POURS... Well drinks start at $5.50, up to the topshelf... We hope to see you soon.

Wow, I cant believe Im the first comment! This place is the best...Reggae on Thursdays is the best. You've got to check it out.
