Scrappin Good Times makes me feel at home everytime I am there. I live over 400 miles away , but everytime I am in San Dimas I visit SGT and when I walk in I get greeted by name as if I was never gone. Those are people who care about there customers.
This is a great place to go and have fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
was disappointed.. drove a long ways to get here because had heard it was soo great... really nothing special here.. nothing I couldn't find somewhere else for less!! Customer service wasn't that great.. everyone was "honey" or "darling"... cmon!!!

I LOVE THE FACT THAT IF YOU WANT OR NEED HELP THE STAFF IS THERE FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO JUST LOOK, THEY LEAVE YOU ALONE. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY, AND THE STOCK....WOW.
I love this store!!! Everyone at "Scrappin Good Times" started out as my friends, but now have made me feel like family. If you have not been to this store, you must drop EVERYTHING that you are doing and go. You will not be sorry. They don't even care if you wear "granny" panties!!!

The best in the west! I've been to alot of scrapbook stores and this one stands out. Super friendly, helpful, and talented. The thing that i like best are the classes. They have the best classes because they have the best teachers! The store looks great, too! (It feels comfortable)

One of my favorite Scrapbook Stores. As an out-of-state resident, I spend at least 6-8 weeks a year in So. California. Scrappin' Good Times is always a stop on my itinary. Outstanding selection, friendly staff and great classes - what more could you ask for? I always recommend this store when my scraobooking friends in Nevada mention they will be in So. California.
