I grew up on Tybee Island, Georgia, a small island near historic Savannah. I studied photography at Armstrong State College before moving to Southern California to work in the film industry in the mid-1990s. My film credits include Titanic, Forrest Gump, and Spawn. My style has been described as a mixture of photojournalism and fine art photography. My objective is to wait for the right moment and then capture the emotional peak.
During a special event that he photographed, he took a picture of me with my daughter and it has become my favorite picture ever. I don't photograph well and hate my picture taken but with him behind the lens, there are no worries. He has a truly amazing eye and ability!!
