As long as we've had our Snowshoe cat, Mickey, we've talked about getting him a session with a professional pet photographer. When Mickey was diagnosed with lymphoma, we were in a scramble to get it done!

We knew we didn't want a fake backdrop or a stiff family portrait, so we went looking for a contemporary pet photographer in LA. The first site we hit on was ShinePetPhotos and we knew- immediately!- that this was the kind of gorgeous, modern stuff we were after.

The day of the shoot was great! Grace was really wonderful with our cat, and made sure to meet and greet him before taking out the camera. Mickey was very comfortable around her, and the result was an amazing series of photos that capture every nuance and emotion in our little kitty's face. We LOVE these images and will proudly display them in our home for many years to come.

Best experience with a photographer we've ever had!

I love Grace's photos. She truly captures the souls of her subjects -- making them more than just animals...she shows everyone the beloved pet each animal is that is often felt privately by its owners.

Hi Grace! Your photos are even more beautiful now then they were back than when we were traveling across the countryside stuck in that small green car passing those smelly patches of manure. Now that I am living in Los Angeles, lets get dinner and you can photograph my two dogs!

Grace is amazing and her photos are stunning. She somehow captures the unique personality of each pet she shoots, and you end up with gorgeous, modern, editorial-style photographs.
