We took our Bichon Frise to a few groomers before discovering Sparky's in Beverly Hills. They all came up short until we found Sparky's. Connie 's staff has always made our Joe-Joe look and feel like the star that he is! They're always sweet as can be to the owners, too. Just wonderful.
