Good customer service except front desk at the Sunset, Pacific Palisades can be rude sometimes. Other than that really good experience

THE GREATEST STAFF.
They have the friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a gym. All trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. There's a sense of unity. It's an all a round great club.
I have been a member of the Spectrum Club South Bay for over ten years- Their wonderful staff and great facilities will keep me as a member for life!

Spectrum Club in general is by far the best kept health clubs in town. The Spectrum Club in Rolling Hills has a friendly, homey vibe. It's great for families with children!
I love the view and the people there are so nice. Their member mixers help you to meet other members and find workout buddies. The classes there are amazing, they have the best instructors!
The club has a wide variety of classes to choose from. They also have swimming and free weights, as well as a host of machines ,and personal trainers to help you achieve your goals. Spectrum also offers child care & a great atmosphere!
They provide a wonderful atmosphere to work out in, from the workers in the front desk to the personal training staff. They have the cleanest gym I have ever been to and its members are great.
They have a lot to offer than other Clubs. Top of the line Equipment. Friendly Personnel and Facilities are clean.
Most amenities, great equipment, attentive staff.

What a beautiful facility. The people who work there are awesome. I never would of purchased a membership if it was not for Louise Short, a spitfire of a saleswoman.
