Starboard Attitude is a nightclub located on the Redondo Beach Pier. It’s considered to be the oldest "live blues club" in the South Bay area of Southern California. The current owner, Ed Castro, has operated the business since 1987, and the place has had the name, Starboard Attitude, since 1980. Before that, during the late nineteen sixties and the decade of the seventies, it was a local bar called Hollihan’s. It’s always had live music, and today - along with the blues and R&B - we also present some blues/rock and rock-and-roll to cater to the divergent tastes of our clientele. We’re located over the water, and the sunsets can be spectacular from the pier. Although we’re strictly a nightclub with no kitchen, there are several nice restaurants on the Redondo Beach Pier - all within very short walking distance.

Great place to dance and have a wonderful time. They have some of the best bands in the south bay and a beautiful ocean view. For all those Kareoke lovers, there is Kareoke when the bands are not playing. It 's a fun place!!!! You should check it out!
