Our passion for helping create a fit and healthy population demands that we find the exact program that will take you to your goal. Our workouts are the correct gradient for you, are always different and will ensure that you get the results you’re looking for. We know a thousand ways to get you where you want to go. Perhaps you are an endurance athlete who needs to strengthen your core with the correct weight training. A large percentage of my clients are men and women in great shape who have never felt or looked better. They all needed help to get to that point. We currently train a dozen All County high school athletes who have gone on to be college stars; and we are looking for more! Whatever your fitness state or personal goal - our job is to help you realize your full potential.

Steele Fitness rocks! Eddie Steele is the Man. I started training with him years ago knowing nothing but that I wanted to get fit and do a triathlon. Well, he did the job and I am still racing and having a great time. He worked on my core and biking muscles, increased my aerobic fitness and keeps me competitive to this day. His gym is staffed with pros--Ben and Tejan get results and their clients are strong and fit. The physical gym is spotless, great equipment--never crowded and you get a lot more than you pay for! This gym shines in all categories and I wouldn't train with anyone else. Eddie is my trainer for life. 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Steele Fitness employs only the best employees. After just 3 weeks of training with Tejan I feel better than i've felt in a long time, not to mention being in the best shape of my life, this summer will be the best, thanks to Tejan and the other trainers at Steele Fitness.
The staff and facility are just what you need to reach your goals. Most importantly, equipment alone is not enough to reach your goals, and that's why these guys are top professionals to help you reach your goals. The amenities (showers and changing rooms) are awesome to get that personal workout in before heading into the office for the morning or catching a workout during lunch without the hassle and craziness of those big chain exercise gyms. I started training with Eddie for a competition. I started at 19% body fat. At the end of only 3 months, Eddie assisted me in ending the competition at 12% body fat. I noticed traumatic changes in my strength, endurance and of course waist size. I highly recommend training at Steele Fitness. They offer such a diverse excercise program to fit each persons needs. Eddie from Steele Fitness is the idealistic trainer; he's motivational, knowledgable, and fun. Don't be expecting a mediocre trainer (a la the ones they assign you from 24 hour fitness) because this is the real deal. He can't be beat!

I've gotten much stronger after working with Eddid at Steele Fitness. I love working out at the gym and then doing the excercises that i learned at home.
After having my first baby I gained so much weight and thought I would never get back to my pre pregnancy weight. Eddie from Steel fitness promised me that he would bring me back to my pre pregnancy size, and sure enough after only six months I was totally back. He showed me how to make a life style change to stay fit for a long time. I wish all moms out there who have given up on loosing their baby weight can meet a great trainer like Eddie.
