Located way in the back of a shopping mall, it takes an effort to find this place. But it is worth the trouble. Their fish are always fresh and delicious. They have rolls that are not on their menu but written on the board or not even on the board but regulars know, These are ones developed by regular customers or by the sushi chefs for a specific customer but became favorite of other customers. Examples are Jim's lobster soy wrap, Cha-ka Roll, Rose Roll, etc. Try them and you will be pleasantly surprised. If you are traditional sushi gourmet, stick to their nigiris Their fish are always fresh and cut thick. If you are not into the raw fish, try their cooked food. Salmon teriyaki and vege tempura is always good.

Mermaid roll, soft shell crab and always great tuna sashimi makes this our new fave in OC.
