We carry a wide variety of candlemaking supplies. We are making our own candle color chips. We carry awesome candle/soap/lotion essential & essential oil based fragrances. We sell 11lb slabs & 55lb cases of wax as well as pallets. We are the West Coast distributor for Accu-Blend and CalWax and are lower on prices for less than pallets and same price on pallets to truckloads. Swans Candle Supplies are great! I came across their product through a friend. Their candles smell so good and they have many different scents. My favorite is cucumber melon. I've tried their different candles and they each have their own unique scent. They also make soy candles which is cool and different. Anyway, I highly recommend their product.

The service I get at Swan's is excellent. I deal with many suppliers across the country and they are by far the most personal. The offer good products at fair prices. I cannot say enough good things about Swans!
I am Mom from Moms Gourmet Candles Co. and I have been with this company for about 5 years. They have always been helpful and curtious. They answer any and all of my candle questions even going so far as to help me with my special blend of wax in order to soak up as much fragrance from the oils as it can. That is why I got into this business, I got tired of buying candles that didn't put out any fragrance. The fragrances from this company are unbeatable. Last time I was there they had several new fragrances, which I purchased, they filled the fragrance bottles all the way to the brim. I also purchased wax while I was there as well, the normal wax boxes have around 55 pounds in them, well these ones came with 60 pounds. They were so nice that they didn't even charge me for the extra 5 pounds of wax. I would recommend Swans candles to anyone who has a passion for candle making as I do.

I purchased 10 scents from the South El Monte, Ca. store and items shipped fairly fast. I was very dissapointed although with the purchase. Not only were they higher priced than my other fragrance suppliers but the scents were WEAK! VERY WEAK! When I called and mentioned this to the owner he just laughed and said to "buy them somewhere else then" Doesn't seem to take critique well. That was my first and last purchase. My other suppliers are further away and cost more to ship but their customer service beats this company by miles so the little extra in shipping is worth it. ; (
these people that run this store do a amazing job, they will go above and beyond to help you and get you what you need. I personal know them and they are great people to do business with and to know.
What an awesome shop, warm freindly people with great customer service. Pete really tries hard and is very knowledgable about candle making. If I want something that is not in stock they ship it to me for free shipping from their other store. Can't ask for better customer support.
Great Service and Selection. Awesome people, helping friends and neighbors with fundraisers and seminars, donating supplies and teaching others how to ... always very helpful. It is far too difficult to find good people in companies who are customer focused and flexible. This company even helped us with our format for our business. Put simply, can't say enough!
I found the Washington store to be friendly and quaint. Always helpful. Unfortunately when we moved the California store was very different. Unorganized and cluttered and a not so friendly man behind the counter who didn't even seem to be aware of what he had in stock when asked. When we showed him our fragrance list they had sent us and informed him that they did carry that scent he got frustrated and rude. Sure miss the Washington atmosphere!

I have been shopping at Swans candles in Lakewodd Wa for a few years and have had wonderful service. I am remembered each time I come in. I can always call and ask questions. I can call and place orders to be picked up. If I ever need candle jars all i have to do is call a head and they will be gotten for me. I am very pleased with the service and knowledge of Swans staff. And the prices are great too.

I am a customer of the California store. I order once or twice a week. Unfortunately they NEVER have all the scents ordered. There will always be one or two that they DO NOT HAVE. Every order I dread how the phone is going to ring to tell me which scents I cannot have because they are not in stock. Very bad for my business when I cannot count on my vendors to supply what they are selling.

Over the last year or so, I've come to know the owners of this business and I'm happy to say that they are extremely knowledgeable about anything having to do with candles, wax or candlemaking supplies. I've attended one of their free seminars on candlemaking and learned quite a bit about the process. I highly recommend visiting their store and getting to know them and their staff. What an amazing array of scents!
