Welcome to the Sweet Addictions Bakery! After years of teaching, owner Annette Hatch discovered a hidden passion for cakes and cake decorating. Serving the Southern California area, Sweet Addictions specializes in custom-made cakes and desserts that will be an unforgettable part of your special occasion.
We believe that your cake should look beautiful and taste phenomenal. We use high quality ingredients and bake everything from scratch.
We also have a complete line of fantastic, gluten-free desserts.
We are open by appointment only so call in advance to order your extraordinary cake.

I have had 3 cakes done by Annette for three very special occasions. She made my birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. She also did the baby shower cake for my first daughter which she was absolutely amazing at. All I had to do was give her the invitation and she made the cake to look exactly like it. It was a 3d teddy bear with 3d blocks. I was shocked at the beauty of the cake and even more shocked because it tasted amazing. But I have to say that she truely out did herself when she did the baby shower cake for my second daughter. The baby shower was WInnie the Pooh themed and when the cake arrived it was beyond any expectation I could have ever imagined. It is truely beyond what words could describe. She has made the important celebrations in my life not only memorable with her cakes beauty but very delicious. Now I find myself anticipating just stopping in to taste some of her cookies and cakes when I have time because she is amazing.

This is my favorite place to roder a cake. Sweet Addictions has done my son's birthday cakes for 2 years in row, as well as my best friend's birthday cake last year. Everytime, it never fails, we get compliments, not just on appearance, but on taste. Annette makes the best tasting cakes.. and she is the sweetest person ever.
Sweet Addictions has done several cakes for my daughters birthdays - everything from electric guitars to treasure chest - the cakes have amazed friends & family not only how spectacular they look but also how amazing they taste...trust me you won't be disappointed.
Not only is Annette's work amazing but her cakes also tastes delicious. She takes the time to work with her clients and really puts her heart into her work. She customized three cakes for me so far working one on one with me every time to make every single detail beautiful and unique(even after I moved from the IE all the way to NYC). Aside from this, the work created by Sweet Addictions is also resonably priced. After working with Annette Hatch just once for my wedding in June 2007 she made me & my entire family feel so warm and comfortable that I would go no where else but Sweet Addictions!!!

Sweet Addictions made my daughter's graduation cake. They did an amazing job. I found Sweet Addictions to be creative and very detail oriented, not to mention it was the best cake I've ever tasted. I will go to Sweet Addictions for all my bakery needs.
