Welcome to the Sweet Addictions Bakery! After years of teaching, owner Annette Hatch discovered a hidden passion for cakes and cake decorating. Serving the Southern California area, Sweet Addictions specializes in custom-made cakes and desserts that will be an unforgettable part of your special occasion.
We believe that your cake should look beautiful and taste phenomenal. We use high quality ingredients and bake everything from scratch.
We also have a complete line of fantastic, gluten-free desserts.
We are open by appointment only so call in advance to order your extraordinary cake.

Her bake goods are the best I have ever tasted. Having been to one of her weddings and saw people going back for seconds on the wedding cake, the wedding cake, nobody goes for seconds on wedding cakes. They ate all 4 tiers and wanted to take some home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love working with Annette of Sweet Addictions. She cares about her work and it shows in the finished product. Her cakes taste as good or even better than they look...and they look gorgeous. She takes the time to know her clients and really create something amazing for them.
Annette Hatch's creations are absolutely wonderful! She is great at envisioning the idea you have in your head...and then taking it up several notches.
Her service is great too! I just email her what I want and she gets back to me right away...within minutes. And, she makes that brief email request into a work of art.
P.S. she makes a great inside-out princess cake. My favorite!
